1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Cleanasys platform (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Cleanasys ("we", "us", "our").
2. The Service
Cleanasys is an online marketplace and management platform that (a) lets customers submit cleaning enquiries and receive quotes from cleaning businesses, and (b) gives cleaning businesses tools to manage customers, quotes, contracts, schedules, invoices, staff and lead purchasing. We provide the platform but are not a party to any contract for cleaning services between a customer and a cleaning business.
3. Accounts
You must register an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Cleaning businesses must complete and maintain an approved business profile before purchasing leads.
4. Customer enquiries
Submitting a cleaning enquiry is free. You agree to provide truthful information about the property and service required. Cleanasys does not guarantee that any business will respond to or accept your enquiry, and does not warrant the quality or safety of any cleaning service performed.
5. Cleaning businesses
Cleaning businesses are solely responsible for the services they deliver, including carrying out work to a professional standard, complying with health and safety law, holding appropriate insurance, and paying their staff. Businesses are responsible for verifying the identity and right-to-work status of any staff they engage.
6. Subscriptions and credits
Cleaning businesses may subscribe to a paid plan and may purchase Marketplace Credits to unlock lead enquiries. Subscription fees and credit bundles are billed in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle; purchased credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7. Lead purchasing
Unlocking a lead reveals the customer's contact details to your business and creates a CRM record. Because contact details are disclosed immediately, unlocked leads are non-refundable. Each lead may be purchased by a limited number of businesses. You agree to use lead contact details only to quote and deliver the requested service and to comply with data protection law.
8. Quotes, contracts and invoices
The platform can generate quotes, contracts and invoices to help you manage your business. These documents are provided as templates only and you are responsible for ensuring their content is accurate and legally appropriate before sending or signing. Cleanasys is not a legal advisor.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: providing false or misleading information; scraping or exporting customer data for purposes unrelated to the requested service; contacting leads for any purpose other than the cleaning enquiry; spamming, harassing or abusing other users; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform; or breaching any applicable law.
10. Uploaded content
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as photos, videos, business profile details and documents). You grant us a licence to host, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
11. Intellectual property
The Cleanasys platform, branding, software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or resell any part of the platform without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties and conditions not stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where your business profile is suspended, or to protect the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, accrued rights and obligations (including outstanding fees) remain enforceable.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings in your local court.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
